What FrontierPeer is
Multi-model AI collaboration platform — many models, one defensible decision.
What FrontierPeer is
FrontierPeer is a hosted, subscription-based multi-model council available
through a modern web application and the frontierpeer CLI. You connect
whichever supported frontier services you choose — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google,
xAI, in any subset — assign exact models to roles, let them analyze and
challenge one another visibly, and receive one concise Director-synthesized
answer.
It is not a model marketplace, a local-model manager, or a single-model chat wrapper. FrontierPeer is the provider-neutral orchestration, evidence, permission, collaboration, synthesis, and delivery layer.
The three modes
- Council Chat — multi-turn conversation with visible independent contributions, challenges, disagreements, live activity, and one concise synthesis per round.
- Frontier Review — evidence review (documents, data, images; repository scope activates with the GitHub App) without modification, producing a structured report with findings, disagreements, a Director decision, and sealed receipts.
- Frontier Build — bounded implementation by parallel builders with disjoint write scopes, deterministic sandboxed validation, independent review with a quorum, one bounded correction, a final audit, and approval-gated delivery.
How it differs from a single-model chatbot
- Every participant's contribution is visible with its exact model, role, and timestamp — the synthesis never hides who said what.
- Independent first passes have zero cross-exposure: no model sees a peer's position before committing its own.
- Disagreements are surfaced with references to the actual message being challenged, not summarized away.
- No selected model is ever silently replaced by another. Failures are typed and visible.
Costs
You pay frontier providers directly through your own API keys or officially permitted account connections. FrontierPeer charges a separate platform subscription. Plan limits govern aggregate volume only — they never force or forbid a provider choice.
Verification status: the platform is fixture-tested end to end and sandbox-verified where a local sandbox exists; live provider, GitHub, and Stripe checks are pending activation. See the capability matrix.
